I completed a module in special needs during my studies in university, where we looked at various useful and appropriate strategies of assisting those with both educational or physical needs.
Childcare Experience
I have been working with children for around 10 years now, having started babysitting at a younger age in Ireland, to nannying in America, to qualifying with teaching degree and teaching both in Ireland and in Qatar for four years. I have extensive experience in working with children from the ages of two to eighteen. I have a passion for helping children and teenagers reach their full potential both academically and socially.
Tutoring Experience
I have been tutoring for 8 years, mainly primary school ages (4-11) and some secondary school ages (12-18). I have a first class honors in a primary teaching degree (BEd). I have taught in a primary school for four years, covering all areas of the British and Irish curriculum. I have taught and tutored for both primary school tests and secondary school exams.
