I am a 28 year old female primary school teacher and have recently moved to Sydney from London. I hold a BA Hons degree in Early Childhood which has provided me with the skills and knowledge of young children’s development. I completed my teaching PGCE following university and have been teaching Reception aged children (4-5years) for the last five years. Throughout my teaching experience I was also a regular babysitter/ child minder for my young nieces during weekends and during the school holidays. I prepped meals, assisted with educational tasks, completed house care jobs and helped with bedtimes.

Childcare Experience
I completed an Early Childhood degree in 2017. Throughout the three years of study I worked with children aged between 2 and 6 years. I then completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, working as a Kindergarten teacher for a year. On completion of my Post Graduate studies I continued to work as a Kindergarten teacher for the following 4 years.
Tutoring Experience
I have been formal teaching for the last 5 years. I was the full time Reception (kindergarten) teacher, working with children aged 4-5. I taught structured phonics/literacy and maths lessons and assisted their learning through play.
