Hi Families, My name is Joceline and I have been working with children aged 6 months - 13 years for 8 years in multiple settings - in the home, school, and After School Care. I have also worked as a P-10 Teacher Aide and as a Tutor (Prep-Y6) in Maths, Science, English and History. My education and work experience have enabled me to communicate and respond to your children's behaviour and feelings sensitively. I am a kind and calm carer, and I help children coregulate by staying in the moment with them, empathise with their situation, and helping them feel safe and secure again. I have experience working with children with additional needs, such as Anxiety, Autism and ADHD. Having worked with a number of strong-willed and slow-to-warm-up children, I am flexible and adjusts my approach that work best for your child. What I love most about being a carer is developing long term relationships with children and their families.
