Childcare Experience
I have been baby sitting on and off for about 3 years for kids aged around 1 year and older. I am very good with kids and know exactly how to keep them smiling. I love working with them as it is so rewarding for me to see them progress and learn from my help. I have also seen from my experiences that my endless energy reflects a positive attitude on the kids and towards everything they do. I enjoy how every day is different and love how the kids keep me on my feet. I like to put effort into making each day more exciting than the last with new activities, games and crafts for the kids to enjoy. Although I have only been a babysitter in the past due to lack of flexibility (school/other work) I would absolutely adore the opportunity to create a stronger connection with your children in a day to day environment.
Tutoring Experience
Although I haven’t had much experience with tutoring I have always been great at helping kids understand things in a way that wont aggravate them or make them hate what they are doing. I am very patient and calm when it comes to teaching as I know exactly how I felt as a kid when I was trying to learn new things. I like to take kids through there work step by step, at there own speed, so they don’t freak out or give-up easily. I am very persistent in helping kids to learn and won’t back down if they are making it difficult as I know how much reward it will bring them when they finally do succeed. I would say my strong suits in tutoring would be maths, english and reading.
