I have worked as a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator for 7 years. I have been a Team Leader in every age group from babies up to 3yo Kinder and assisted in 4yo Kinder. I love that each age is unique in itself and such a wonderful to foster the growth and learning of each stage.
