Hi! I am a caring, energetic and experienced caregiver and I have worked with children and families for over 15 years in many different roles and settings. I am passionate about supporting families in providing the best possible nurturing care for their little ones! I have worked with families as a Nanny, as an a Early Childhood Educator in Kindergarten settings, and as an Educator in Family Day Care settings. I have also worked in family support roles with non-government organisations. In my various roles I have worked alongside (and received training from) developmental psychologists and allied health teams. I hold an English Teaching qualification (ESL), a post-graduate psychology degree (with a focus on childhood development) and I hold a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education. I am currently studying part-time with Deakin Uni (Child Therapeutic Play; with a focus on supporting childhood development)
I have also worked in Special Needs Schools as a teacher’s Aide, and I am currently studying therapeutic play (Deakin)
I have worked with children for over 20 years. I love supporting families in providing high quality nurturing care, with a focus on emotional well-being for their child. I am passionate about providing individualised care and ample opportunities for cognitive, social and emotional development for each child.
