Hi moms and dads! I'm from Colombia and I'm a professional social communicator, with skills to work with children. I genuinely love children and connect easily with them. I love spending time with them, playing and taking care of them with love and patience. I also have a very large family, so I have always been surrounded by children and have taken care of them since they were little; Including my 12-year-old cousin with partial cerebral palsy, whom I have cared for at home and nights in hospitals since she was born. At the same time as my professional career I have worked as a babysitter some days in the afternoons, holidays and especially on weekends. Cared for a 1-year-old girl in the neighbor's home during evenings and weekends. Created a stimulating environment through engaging playtime, reading, and age-appropriate activities. Changed diapers, maintained cleanliness, and practiced good hygiene. Prepared meals and ensured proper feeding routines. Communicated effectively with parents regarding the child's activities, development, and any concerns. Care of a 3 year old child (since he was 1 year old) during parental absences. Be sure to bathe, feed, and put the child to bed before the parents return. Create innovative and educational games using crafts, puzzles, children's books, and light exercises. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to guidelines. Play with child and read bedtime stories, enhancing child's interest in reading and storytelling. Foster positive relationships, promote good manners, and teach conflict resolution skills. I have a 12 year old cousin who was born with hydrocephalus and partial cerebral palsy, and since she was born I have always helped my aunt with her care, including days in the hospital when necessary.
