Hey there, Here’s a little info about me. I grew up with three sisters, love to play netball, swim and dance. As early as 12 I was keen and eager to volunteer and work alongside children. I have done student teaching at my dance school working with children aged between 5-8 years. I have 4 years experience working in early education. I regularly volunteer at my church running kids church programs for children aged between 3-12. I also regularly volunteer in the youth program working with kids between the ages of 12-17. I am currently taking a gap year doing casual disability support work and would love to do some more work with children as it is something I miss.

Special Needs Experience
I do not hold current qualifications for special needs & disabilities but I have prior experience of working with children with varying levels of autism, cerebral palsy, adhd, and behavioural issues. I also currently work with a disability support care provider and work with a variety of clients who present with mental or physical disabilities.
Childcare Experience
I have 4 years of experience working with children in an early education setting. During this time I have cared for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. My favourite part of being an educator is building warm and trusting relationships with each child in my care, I love to create and implement programs and experiences that allow for growth in a child’s development, there is no better feeling than teaching a child something new or watching them reach a new milestone.
