Hi there, I have over 20 years experience working with children in various roles ranging from Nanny and casual babysitter to a lead educator in long daycare services. As a mother of 2 teenage boys, I bring a personal perspective to my work and a deep appreciation for the challenges and joys of parenting. Being a parent further enriches my understanding of child development and family dynamics. In my free time I enjoy cooking, reading and getting out in nature. I am currently studying counselling to enhance my ability to support children and families holistically. Special Needs Experience
I have worked as an inclusion support educator in a long daycare centre. I worked with children who were diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and epilepsy. I have done training in these areas.
Childcare Experience
I have over 20 years experience working with children as a nanny/home help as well as an educator in childcare centres. I have also worked in schools as a casual teacher aid. I have a diploma of childrenās services and have worked with a range of ages, from 6 weeks to 12 yrs. I also have 2 teenage boys of my own.
