hi, mom and dad My name is Grace. I am the eldest sister in my family. I have two younger sisters. I take the role of taking care of the children at home. Accompanying my younger sisters to play and grow is an unforgettable time in my life. In addition, I have taken care of children under the age of four and babies under the age of one in an day care center and I have a basic understanding of the needs of children of this age. Before moving to Melbourne, I have been a tutor, teaching primary school students language and accompanying them after school. Currently I work as a Chinese teacher in a weekend language school, and my students are all 4 years old, which is my favorite age for children. At school, there are learning themes every week. I like to teach children to do handicrafts, play educational games, and tell stories to children. I like telling stories best to stimulate their imagination and creativity. For the past four years, I have had the privilege of caring for children aged 4-10, and I must say that children truly are the most intelligent angels. Their natural understanding and insatiable curiosity never fail to amaze me, and I believe it is their inherent qualities that enable them to learn at an astonishing pace. What attracts me the most about children is their genuine eagerness to explore the world around them. It is a joy to witness their growth and development firsthand. I find a special connection with children aged 4-5, as I feel most comfortable and attuned to their needs. Once a bond of trust is established, their sense of dependence on you brings a sense of reassurance to parents. I firmly believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children, one that encourages their creativity, independence, and love for learning. As a caregiver, I strive to foster their emotional and intellectual growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
