Hi mums and dads, for the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of caring for and supporting the development of Franco, the son of my dear friend Fernanda. Throughout this experience, I have gained valuable childcare skills and have established a special bond with Franco. I believe that my patience and affection are fundamental in my ability to care for him. I enjoy spending time with him, playing and encouraging his creativity. I have also had to face challenging situations while caring for him, such as dealing with tantrums. On these occasions, I always strive to remain calm and find solutions that promote understanding. I know how important it is for parents to be able to trust their child's caregiver, and I can assure you that I take my responsibility with the utmost seriousness. I am always attentive to the children's needs and I make sure to follow the parents' directions in terms of schedules, routines and special care. However, I would like to be transparent and share with you an important detail: at the moment, my command of English is limited. I speak mostly Spanish because I am Chilean and I am striving to improve my English, but I want to make sure you are aware of this situation. I understand that communication is essential in the care of your children, so I am currently taking English classes to improve my language skills as quickly as possible. I am fully committed to providing the best care and attention to your children, regardless of language, and I am confident that I can develop a warm and loving bond with them. My previous experience and passion for childcare allows me to adapt quickly and learn effectively. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration in this matter.
