PALS Private Nanny is a Southern Gold Coast/Northern Rivers NSW based nannying/babysitting service. With more than 7 years of qualified experience as an Early Childhood Educator and Private Nanny, owner Lani is confident in all roles and exceeds expectations every time! Casual availability and full Tuesdays available. Communication and consistency is key. We practice a Gentle Parenting Approach, ensuring boundaries are still set although room for feelings is made. Nature based play and 1 on 1 learning is a true passion of ours at PALS PN. All staff members of PALS will have their Blue Card/WWCC, Updated and Confidence of First Aid and CPR, be over 18 years of age, based from Kingscliff NSW to North Gold Coast, 2+ reputable references, and experience with children in a professional and/or private setting. Childcare Experience
Certificate 3 Qualified since 2017, recent First Aid-CPR-Asthma training. Currently a Co-Educator for a local Early Learning Centre for 20+ children aged 3-4years. Experience with children aged 10 months to 5 years. Enjoys organisation, creating engaging experiences and being genuinely involved in children's play, learning and being. Learning how influential a carer's presence may be when coupled with age-appropriate activities enabled me to develop a very clear understanding of a child's needs, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am dedicated to providing our next generation with the acceptance, support and guidance necessary to stimulate growth and promote learning.
