Hi! My name is Carla, I am 32 years old and I'm from Spain. I have been living in Australia since February 2023. About my life in Spain, I have an academic background in Early childhood education and a university degree in Social Work. In addition to my academic training, I have worked as a Nanny for a long time as a second job. So, I have experience in child care and I really enjoy it! I am an energetic person who enjoys outdoor activities and sports. I also love my moments by myself, reading a book or enjoying new experiences. I would like to have the opportunity to improve my English to children and learn from them. I am sure the it can generate a nice synergy and an enriching experience for both!

Childcare Experience
Since I was young I have worked for a long time looking after children (in my family environment as well as professionally, children I looked after in Kindergarten). I feel more confident working with children from 6 months to about 6 years old. What I find rewarding in childcare is how much I can learn from them. Their natural and spontaneous way of being invites me to reflect on the perspective of life. The enjoyment of fun and playful moments is also a plus.
