"Mariana has looked after our son on more than one occasion and he absolutely loves her. She has a great demeanour with children and is very calm, confident and reassuring - it's very obvious that she has looked after lots of kids and likes them. Before she looked after our son the first time, Mariana shared a questionnaire about him, his routine, our house, and any medical history she should know about, which should give an idea of (A) her attention to detail, (B) how prepared she is, and (C) how seriously she takes the responsibility of looking after your child. The times that she's helped us out, Mariana has been either on time or early, which we really appreciate. Her communication with us is friendly, helpful and prompt.
