I have enjoyed working with people and children in the community through the primary education and youth programs of the church we attend, local schools and Scouting Australia & my family. It has brought me many enriching and treasured experiences. I have a passion for the needs of people with disabilities and people of our community to have empowerment and inclusion in their communities. II feel I have a very positive outlook on life & I do have a lot to contribute and the enthusiasm to encourage others. I have helped to raise a large family(my own) - 10 children. I have worked as a Teachers Aide working with children with special needs for Queensland Education. I have participated in School, Community & Church organisations organising activities & acting as a fascillitator & advocate.
