Hello families, my name is Ellen and I am a 26 year old from Ireland. At home I work as a fully qualified speech and language pathologist, but work as a nanny in Sydney. I am bachelor of science in speech and language therapy where I was trained in working with children and adult with speech, language and communication differences.
Childcare Experience
I have 3 years clinical experiencing doing intervention with children aged 18 months to 18 years old who had speech, language or communication differences/disorders. I am particularly passionate about working with children aged 2-8 years old. Before I qualified as an SLP, I worked as a babysitter in my local area and at various summer camps such as at a local preschool with children aged 2-4. Here, I co - ordinated educational, fun and engaging activities.
