Hi! My name is Tilly and I’m a passionate and experienced nanny with over seven years of working with children of all ages. I’ve worked as a team leader educator at Reddam House and Coogee Care Centre, where I organised engaging activities, prepared meals, and created safe, nurturing environments. I’m certified in First Aid, hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), and have a police clearance. Special Needs Experience
At Coogee Care Centre, I provided inclusion support for children with additional needs, ensuring they felt safe, supported, and included in all daily activities. I worked closely with educators and families to tailor routines and experiences to meet each child’s unique developmental and emotional needs. This involved offering one-on-one support, promoting social interaction, adapting activities for accessibility, and helping to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child could thrive. My goal was always to foster confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging for each child in my care.
Childcare Experience
I have over five years of hands-on childcare experience, working with children ranging from infants to early teens. I’ve worked as a team leader educator at both Reddam House and Coogee Care Centre, where I was responsible for planning and supervising daily activities, preparing nutritious afternoon tea, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children to learn and play. I’ve also provided ongoing nannying and babysitting for various families, building strong and trusting relationships with both children and parents. My approach is nurturing, patient, and creative—I love coming up with fun, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development. I also hold current First Aid certification, a Working With Children Check (WWCC), and a police clearance.
