Childcare Experience
I have experience working with kids from 2-6. I notice younger kids are in the stage of exploring their environments, they like to listen, sense and taste different items. The most important thing is making sure they don’t put items in their mouths. Older kids like to share and talk about their friends and families. They’re in the stage of learning their social lives. The most important thing is to listen to them, respect them and encourage them to learn.
