Hi everyone! I am very excited to get started as I have a passion for looking after children and previous experience working in a school! Throughout my role as a Classroom Assistant I worked alongside pupils with special educational needs such as ADHD and ASD. My primary responsibilities included following Individual educational plans and liaising with the special educational needs coordinator in school to Identify needs of the child. I worked alongside agencies such as child psychologists to implement behavior strategies for the children. This has gave me good background in looking after children
