Hi parents! I am a fully qualified primary school teacher and have worked in both mainstream class and special education settings in my home country of Ireland and here in Sydney. I have plenty of experience taking care of children and while teaching requires lots of behaviour management, I also love to have fun with the children I care for.

Special Needs Experience
I have worked with children in a learning support setting, providing additional support to children in small groups in the areas of maths, literacy and social skills. I’m addition to this, I have worked with children 1:1 with Generalised Anxiety Disorder, ASD, DCD/Dyspraxia and Dyslexia.
Childcare Experience
I have been working with children in an education capacity for ten years (including my college course). In addition to this I have taken care of children in a babysitting capacity for 3 years prior to this. I am most comfortable with children of primary school age but I have also worked with toddlers from the age of 2.
