Hi All Parents, I have had loads of experience working with children from nought to five years. I currently work in a permanent part time role 3 days per week at a preschool and I am looking at supplementing this work with extra income on the side. I am creative, fun and personable. I love the idea of working with your child/children following your needs as a parent and your child’s requirements in whatever capacity. Every child is an individual and I am happy to work with any additional needs as appropriate. I work confidently with school readiness and love helping with expressive speech needs too. Love reading books, doing art and craft activities, fine motor activities, construction play, puzzle play, dancing and music, board games. Taking your child to a local park to become confident with anything gross motor oriented is also important for their development. I am also a very confident driver.

Childcare Experience
I’ve been working with children for over 20 years. I love working with any age group, be it babies, toddlers and preschoolers. I currently work at a preschool holding this position for just over 10 years. Every day is different and rewarding for all that the day offers from the beginning of the day till the end of day. Knowing that I have made a difference to a child’s day is highly rewarding. Building relationships of trust , love and care, while supporting their emotional and social development prior to school is highly important. I have worked not only in a group learning environment but also in a nanny role too. So I adapt easily into the home environment as much as I do in other group learning environments. I like the best of both worlds. Knowing that I can support parents in their most important role in life, gives me a sense of satisfaction as I too have a child.
