Hi! My name is Bernardita, but everyone calls me Berni. I grew up in a family of 7 siblings. I was born in Chile and moved to USA when I was 5 for all my schooling! I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I started babysitting when I was around 10 years old, starting as a mothers helper and then babysat families for many years where I built close relationships. I studied Kinesiology/Physical Therapy in Chile so I am a certified health worker as well. I would love to get to know you and see if I am a good fit for babysitting your family! Childcare Experience
I have been looking after children since I was about 10 years old where I was a mothers helper and then I started staying alone with the kids! When I was 15 I met a family and took care of their 3 kids for about 3-4 years in USA until I moved to Chile. In Chile I also continued babysitting and I have 7 nephews where I have always been very present in their lives! I am confortable with all ages, from infants to teens and it is rewarding to see them grow and form a part of their lives while teaching them and accompanying them in being their best selves.
