Amelia - 31yrs

Hello there! I am an Australian born woman, from European background. I grew up in Melbourne with a loving father, mother with two older siblings, and have always been around children since an early age. I have been Babysitting since as long as I can remember, and have continued to do so, well to adulthood. I am First aid trained, and work as a primary school Social Worker. This role started out as my first placement for my social work degree and they hired me once I completed my hours. I work with mental health, social and emotional development, disability inclusion, allied health and much more. On other days at the school I also work as a Teachers Aid/ Education support- from ages perp/ foundation to grade 6. I am excited to complete my second placement with VACCA in Preston. As such, I am available to babysit weeknights from 6pm onwards and weekends with full availability. I am seeking babysitting work to sustain me for the duration of my studies- and also have always enjoyed babysitting as a job! I get along very well with children, and feel very comfortable in a childcare role. I am a warm, nurturing and happy person! ☺️ I am happiest when I am cooking, outdoors or love getting stuck into a good book!
