Hello there! I am an Australian born woman, from European background. I grew up in Melbourne with a loving father, mother with two older siblings, and have always been around children since an early age. I have been Babysitting since as long as I can remember, and have continued to do so, well to adulthood. I am First aid trained, and work as a primary school Social Worker. This role started out as my first placement for my social work degree and they hired me once I completed my hours. I work with mental health, social and emotional development, disability inclusion, allied health and much more. On other days at the school I also work as a Teachers Aid/ Education support- from ages perp/ foundation to grade 6. I am excited to complete my second placement with VACCA in Preston. As such, I am available to babysit weeknights from 6pm onwards and weekends with full availability. I am seeking babysitting work to sustain me for the duration of my studies- and also have always enjoyed babysitting as a job! I get along very well with children, and feel very comfortable in a childcare role. I am a warm, nurturing and happy person! ☺️ I am happiest when I am cooking, outdoors or love getting stuck into a good book! I have an employee working with children's check and an NDIS worker screening check. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions! - Amelia
I have babysat for as long as I can remember, which would be over 15 years of experience. I feel comfortable Babysitting any ages, and find it incredibly rewarding working with children and in a childcare role. I am always pleasantly surprised by the minds of children, the lands in which they see the world, the view in which see the world, and the curious and inquisitive childlike mind brings me joy just to interact with! 😊 children can be fantastic teachers!
