I absolutely love working with children! Some of my favorite activities include playing board games, doing crafts, baking, enjoying music, reading stories, visiting parks, bowling, kicking a ball around, dancing, and mentoring. I’m also happy to help with light household chores. My clients and friends describe me as caring, fun, patient, reliable, trustworthy, empathetic, and creative. The children I look after often call me the “cool” and “fun” sitter! I’m happy to assist with homework, play games, bake treats, have fun outdoors, or take kids to their after-school activities. I’m also flexible and open to meeting other reasonable requests. I hold a current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, and CPR Certificate for your peace of mind. I raised my 2 children for 25 years and have looked after family and friends' children occasionally. I work at a school and have supervised children from Kindergarten to Year 12 students.
I have been assisting friends with children from K to Year 3 with English, Maths and Arts. I make learning fun for students. In my spare time I mentor high school students reach their potential whatever they set their mind to.
