"Karen came and looked after my 9 yo twins plus a friend at short notice for a full day so I could work. She was great. She arrived on time and managed the day with absolutely no fuss. I was in the house working and usually have to intervene in arguments etc. I barely heard the kids and certainly heard no yelling from Karen. She was a calm confident presence. I would highly recommend her. "
