Hi! My name is Amber and I am in my final year of University. I have tutored privately for 4 years, focusing predominantly on HSC English and Maths. I have also been babysitting for 7+ years and love kids! In my spare time, I volunteer at my church where I run a youth program for high schoolers. I love music, singing and dancing, and play music in my church band every Sunday. I am an excellent cook, and love experimenting with new foods. I also enjoy craft and painting, and am very handy with around the house chores and small building projects. When tutoring my students or helping with life skills, I always implement lessons plans centred on clear, constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to empower students who may feel stuck or frustrated.
