Hi there! I am currently seeking casual/part time work opportunities in Melbourne. I’m in my third year of tertiary education at Swinburne University, having relocated from rural Victoria. I have experience working as a babysitter as well as a tutor for families of up to four children, working specifically with children coming from difficult circumstances. I have always had a passion for working with kids, nurturing safe and comfortable environments for them to grow. I am also open and enthusiastic to the idea of working and helping the elderly. I am a bubbly and outgoing person, with an enthusiastic and hard working nature. Eager to take on the responsibility of out of school activities, and creating an engaging creative environment for kids. I’m highly responsible and respectful and excited to take on this new role. Childcare Experience
Started babysitting during high school for two families. One a family of 3 boys aged 5-11. The other was a family of five all from within the foster care system, aged 5-13. Have experience preparing dinner, helping maintain a clean household and assisting in the nighttime routines. Also have two years experience in tutoring late primary school kids, whilst I was in VCE.
Tutoring Experience
Tutored for two years, for a girl in years 5-6 who’s goal was to catch up in struggle areas before entering high school.
