Hi! My names Casey! I went to a school that was 15 months to year 12 and spent a lot of time volunteering to help out with the younger grades when I could. I worked in both childcare and after school care for about 1.5 years at the same school I attended after graduation. I then went and worked in a management position for mini bounce (aged 6 and under) for just over a year. It’s safe to say I have a strong passions for helping the little ones grow into beautiful individuals and also making them feel safe and free to be their crazy little selves! My goal is to always listen and understand children’s needs with a huge amount of empathy. After all it is a big world they’re trying to navigate!

Childcare Experience
I have about 2 years of experience in childcare. I have mostly worked with 15 months to 6 years but have had some experience with younger babies as well. I was also a support educator for a child with additional needs for part of my time at the centre. I have baby sat for children in primary school with both one off jobs and recurring nanny duties. I have also been a nanny on a cruise ship for a family of 3 children aged 2-9 where I shared a room and day activities for 5 days.
Tutoring Experience
I volunteered to assist with reading with young ones in high school as well as have helped the families I have nannied for with their homework and studies. I have also assisted with learning to spell and sound out words while working with pre-kindy and kindy aged students.
