Hello all! I’m Amy, a student living in Mosman and studying a Masters of Diagnostic Radiography at Sydney University. I have a high level of experience working with children, as I have worked full time in a boarding school (2019) and part time as a nanny (2020-present). I currently work part time as a nanny working 3 days a week for a family of 5 in Mosman with 3 beautiful kids, although they are moving overseas shortly so looking for another lovely family again. I also took a gap year in the UK in 2019 to work full time in a boarding school with kids aged 2-13 so have experience with tots up to teenagers. I am a very capable cook and always happy to help around the house too! Also would be keen for any occasional extra work babysitting😊

Childcare Experience
I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages from nappies to big kids! I worked in a boarding school for primary school aged kids in the UK on a gap year. This mainly was working overall in and around all the kids, with our main job being guiding and supporting the wellbeing of the children during the day and also being on call throughout the night. I also have babysat for many families for about 3 years now, including a beautiful family with special needs kids. I also have a high level experience with younger tots, working with children as young as 18months. I absolutely love the amount of joy that I get working around children and am very energetic and ready to have some fun with your kids!
Tutoring Experience
I have been at home tutoring for a local family for duration of 2020. I also worked within a school last year, and would assist within classes, one on one with the kids. This would often also be with the children with learning difficulties and behavioural problems, therefore I have gained a lot of patience. I am doing a biomedical science degree at the moment, so absolutely love the maths and science field but would be happy to tutor any subject at primary school level. For high school level, I would be most helpful in math and science fields. I completed year 12 extension maths, and am currently doing university level mathematics subjects. I currently tutor maths at about year 8 level but would love to further extend myself to older children.
