Hi! I'm Getta, a 23 year-old with lots of babysitting experience! I have finished University and I am currently working full time. I am interested in night/ weekend casual babysitting on the side. I love children and have 5 years' experience nannying, babysitting and assisting with home learning for families with up to 4 children. I really enjoy caring for children and am able to pick them up from school, childcare, cook, clean, care for pets and I have plenty of experience in bedtime and reading stories. I have recently also done school at home/ tutoring for primary aged students during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have my full driving license and would be happy to drive children in either my own or your car. I am happy to prepare lunches and/or snacks, take children for day trips, light cleaning, entertain children (screen-free time of course), play sports and anything else you may need! I did English, Maths, Science and Humanities subjects in Year 12 so I am more than happy to assist with any homework pre-VCE. Childcare Experience
I have babysat and nannied families between 2 and 3 children, all of primary school age and absolutely loved my time with them. I have also looked after my two younger brothers many times, coached young boys’ basketball and girls’ volleyball. While my experience is limited, I am a fast learner, eager to boost my skills.
Tutoring Experience
I have aided my younger brothers with their homework many times, and have completed High School. While I have not tutored before, I would love to help with homework and study at younger ages. Have also helped with homeschool in the first isolation period for a grade one and prep student.
