Hi there, I am a qualified primary school teacher from Ireland and I have recently moved to Sydney. I have 4 years experience teaching children between the ages of 4 and 8 years old. I love being a teacher and working with children. My primary concerns are that children are safe and happy in my care. I take my duty of care very seriously and understand the responsibility of looking after someone else's children. I am first aid certified and have my WWC check. Aside from teaching I have spent the last 8 years babysitting for a family with three lovely children in Ireland. I have been there to see them develop from babies up to 8 years old. With this experience I am used to providing engaging activities to a variety of ages and to providing for children's basic needs. I have additional experience babysitting for children from infants up to 12 years old and experience babysitting children with additional needs. I have additional experience tutoring and substitute teaching with children up to 12 years old.

Special Needs Experience
Part of my studies in the bachelor of education degree in Ireland included special needs education. I have worked with children in the classroom who have various behavioural and academic needs, I have worked with plenty of children on the Autism Spectrum.

I am a qualified primary school teacher with 4 years teaching experience. I also have spent a summer tutoring maths to a Year 4 student in Ireland. I found the process very rewarding and enjoyed coming up with engaging activities.
