Childcare Experience
I’ve been working with children for a number of years through coaching sporting teams, babysitting, tutoring and teaching primary school children. I’ve worked with children from ages 1-16 through these various jobs and I’ve enjoyed all of the experiences while working with children and look forward to continuing to meet and work with more!
Tutoring Experience
I’m a qualified primary school teacher. I’ve worked as a classroom and special education teacher in Ireland, as well as having previously worked as a casual relief teacher in numerous schools throughout the past five years. Here I thought children from 4-13 in all curriculum areas. I also have experience with privately tutoring children 1:1 specifically in English, Irish and Maths While I was working as a special education teacher, I’ve taught children IT skills and assisted them to learn how to type correctly and use a range of accessible softwares to assist their learning. Finally, I have a huge interest in both sport and music. I’ve worked as a football coach on numerous camps, as well as assisting coaching in my own football club at home. I’ve also completed 8 grades in drums & percussion and have experience in teaching drums to children.
