Hello mums & dads, I love looking after babies & toddlers. It warms my heart to laugh & play & talk with them. It’s so much fun to share in their joy & wonderment of the world! I am hoping to connect with a few local families to help out with babysitting. I don't have any children myself but I have looked after my friends’ children on many occasions. I have a strong maternal side & all my friends with kids say I'm “a natural”, especially with the babies! 😊 I don’t have any formal childcare qualifications but you might find the following relevant: * I have a warm personality and a very positive outlook on life * I have volunteered at Northern Beaches Hospital and a community aid centre. I had to pass stringent criteria to do so, including character references, updating all my vaccinations & completing a National Crime Check & Working with Children Check. I am triple vaxxed for Covid * In 2019 I completed the benchmark certified first aid training for child care workers (HLTAID004) “Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting”. I did this specifically for the purpose of going on Juggle Street. * I’ve looked after my friends’ babies & toddlers many times over the years so I’ve got good experience and confidence. I am sure your little one will feel safe & happy with me while you take a break 😊 I am friendly, reliable, responsible and capable.
