Special Needs Experience
I have extensive experience working with children who have additional needs in various settings, including schools, daycare centers, and as a nanny. Through these roles, I have supported children with diverse needs, adapting to different environments and tailoring my approach to meet each child's unique requirements. I have also taken the initiative to expand my knowledge by participating in professional development workshops focused on the special needs sector. These experiences have strengthened my confidence in providing inclusive, compassionate, and effective care, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Childcare Experience
I have worked in the childcare industry for about 15 years, as an assistant Educator, group leader, educational leader, OSHC leader, teacher aide, additional needs support Officer, and assistant coordinator. I have also had nannying experience with children of all ages & large families. I have also provided after school, weekend and school holiday art workshops for kids. I am passionate about bringing experiences to children that build their creative skills based off their individual interests.
