My bachelors degree covered special needs training and I also have an additional special needs assisting course done. I have cared for and thought many children with additional needs as well as have a niece who is special needs, who I spent a lot of time caring for.
Childcare Experience
I have been working in childcare for over 11 years. I also have lots of niece and nephews of a variety of ages that I take care of on a regular basis. I enjoy aspects of minding all ages but I do love the toddler age. My favourite thing about childcare is being part of how children grow and nurturing their developing minds.
