Hi parents, my name is Bianca! Despite the video saying I am 18, I am 21 at the moment! I am a qualified Cert III Early Education & Care worker, I have a First Aid certificate, an updated CPR certificate and a working with children check. I am a very passionate individual and I absolutely adore working with children. I am also currently employed at a school OSHC too. I am working within a children’s classroom whilst enforcing the current Australian early education & care frameworks and standards. I have a good understanding of the responsibilities that a babysitter needs, as I am patient, have good problem-solving skills, strong communication & relationship-building and time-management skills. Childcare Experience

I have always looked after my younger cousins ever since I was younger girl. I have also worked in a childcare fulltime for over a month as I gained my Certificate III in Early Education & Care. I have always thoroughly supervising children and engaging with them! My favourite age group is babies and toddlers, but I adore every age group. Being able to interact with and communicate with children makes me happy and makes my heart melt as I have always had a passion to work with them. I have a lot of patience which enables me to enjoy this field too.
