My name is Nichole. I am permanent resident and live in Indooroopilly. I’m a mother of two boys (16 and 11 years old) and have personally raised them on my own, so I deeply understand what kids need as they grow up. I am a kind, patient, and creative person who enjoys spending time with children and becoming their friend. I also love cooking and am skilled in both Chinese and Western cuisine. Additionally, I’m very clean and organized, so when I’m not taking care of the kids, I’d be happy to help with tidying up and household chores. Childcare Experience
I have been caring for children for many years, both as a mother and in a professional capacity. As a single mother I have been fully responsible for raising my two children which has given me extensive hands-on experience in childcare. Additionally, I have engaged in community activities that support families and children. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages but I have the most experience with toddlers to pre-teen (ages3-12). My own children are school aged so I am very familiar with the needs of older kids, including academic support, emotional wellbeing and daily routine s. That said I’m adaptable and enjoy working with younger children as well. The most rewarding aspect of childcare is building strong, trusting relationships with children and watching them grow and thrive. I love being part of their learning journey whether it’s helping them develop new skills, encouraging their confidence, or simply creating a safe and loving environment for them. Seeing a child’s smile, progress and happiness is incredibly fulfilling.
