Hi there! A returned local to GC located in Runaway Bay for the next few months until my partner and I’s house is finished being built. A self motivated bubbly support worker, with over 30 years being surrounded by a very large 6 generation family, I decided to turn my hobby of care taking the cousins into a career and a step further. Always wanting to help out where I can and ease the stress some parents might feel when those overwhelming days hit. Plus seeing the struggle my best friend has endured with a son of ASD level 3 non verbal, It sparked something in me to want to do more in this world. I have many years experience looking after children under 12 with and without disability but you know what they say! Wisdom is power so I’ve taken on studying my cert III in individual support to better help me navigate my career journey. Currently working part time fridays looking for Monday to Thursday any times between 6am- 9pm (Can anrrange overnights or weekends if needed). I have no criminal history and happy to undergo a police check, have my blue card, first aid, ABN, insurance and a reliable newly purchased road safe vehicle.
