Childcare Experience
I have no experience in Australia but I do have experience in my country of birth where I have taken care of children since they were 3 years old. I think there is a mutual learning process involved in childcare. While you teach and guide children, you also learn from their perspectives and curiosity. The genuine affection and appreciation from children can be very rewarding. Their smiles, hugs and laughter are often the best form of feedback.
