For most of my career I have been a teacher. I started by early childhood, moved on to primary then middle - high and finished as a lecturer ! I have now changed career and become a carer in Aged care but I still like to teach and surround myself with children. I am a native French speaker and qualified to teach French as a foreign language. I can however also help primary school children with their homework. I am keen to collect children from school, feed them and help them relax then do their homework , shower and get ready for bed. I love cooking as well and try eating ( and feeding others) as healthy as I possibly can !! I am an animal lover so your cat, dog , mouse ,rabbit , guinea pig , chook will no doubt get TLC from me!
I have worked with gifted children who although they were bright could not adjust to a class group and had to be home schooled.
I started my career as an early childhood teacher. I studied and trained in France. Later on I became a grade 1 teacher in French schools and taught to read, write and count. I really enjoyed those 15 years of teaching . Then I went back to studies and specialised in teaching French as a foreign language. I then taught French in Sri Lanka and South Africa .
I am passionate about teaching early grades to read, write and count. I also like to help teenagers with their French, be it the IB program, Alliance Française DELF or normal Australian curriculum.
