Childcare Experience
I have been caring for my younger brother since he was born — we are 13 years apart, so I’ve had many years of hands-on experience with young children. I’m currently studying Education at Monash University and have a strong passion for working with kids. I especially enjoy caring for children aged 3 to 10, as I find this stage full of curiosity and growth. I am patient, caring, and always strive to understand each child’s unique personality, needs, and communication style. I respect all children’s thoughts and choices, value cultural diversity, and believe in creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every child feels seen and understood. One of the most rewarding parts of caregiving for me is seeing children grow more confident and happy through trusting relationships.
Tutoring Experience
I am currently studying Education at Monash University and have experience tutoring both younger and older students. I specialise in Maths and Chinese, and I hold a Montessori teaching certificate. I’ve completed internships in both a kindergarten and an international high school, where I developed strong skills in adapting lessons to suit different age groups. Coming from a family of educators—my mother is a primary school teacher—I’ve been surrounded by teaching practice for as long as I can remember. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, understand concepts deeply, and enjoy learning in a supportive environment.
