Hi everyone, my name is Katie Peake- lovely to e-meet you :) I agave a Bachelor of Primary Education from Australian Catholic University, and am currently working as a teacher at St Michael’s Primary School. I graduated from Castle Hill High School in 2020 with an atar of 89. I have also worked as a teachers aid prior to attaining my degree, across 3 different schools. As such, I have experience working with children of all needs, (both intellectual and physical) across the ages of 4-12. I love working with children and I try my best to accommodate for their needs, making learning as engaging and creative as possible. I am available all school holidays, school nights, and most weekends :)

Childcare Experience
I have been working with children for the past 2 years in primary schools as a teachers aid. This means I am trained in effectively supporting social, cognitive and physical development of children. I have always enjoyed working with kids, and look forward in doing so, once I complete my teaching degree.
Tutoring Experience
I have been doing tutoring for the past 2 years, including homework help, and creating my own materials to facilitate support to their areas of need. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Primary Education (2/4 years completed) and work as a teachers aid. This experience foresees me working 1:1 with children or small group work particularly to intellectually vulnerable students.
