Hi parents! I am from Ireland who has been living in Australia for 6 years! My background is special education where I worked in preschools and primary schools teaching. While on school holidays I’ve worked as a nanny/babysitter for children of all ages! I still do casual babysitting evenings and weekends as I do work full time currently in recrutiment for nurses. Special Needs Experience
I have a health and social care qualification background, I have 4 years experience working as an ABA tutor and SNA for children With autism and complex needs. I have worked with children in preschool up to secondary (4 years-18) in this area. I have also work for 6 months as a behaviour therapist ☺️
Childcare Experience
I have been working in childcare and nannying for 4 years in Ireland and nannying/babysitting 4 years in Australia! While in Australia I have worked for lullaby nannies which unfortunately closed down. During my time here I have cared for families age 5 months-15 years. My duties included assisting homework, drop offs/pick ups to after school or holidays clubs, meals preparation, personal care, coming up with creative and stimulating activities, overal care for children and listening to the families needs.
