Hello Mums and Dads, I'm a Foreign Languages and Linguistics student who just started studying Early Childhood Education in Brisbane. I really love kids and I think being a nanny is a very grateful and fun job. My goal is to build a strong experience as a career so I can work in a school in the future. I'm willing to follow my studies at Uni next year. I'm happy about picking up kids from school (walking), going to the park, exercising, playing sports, games, helping with homework or following whatever activities the parents suggest. About myself, I'm 28yo, originally from Brazil but living in Australia permanently with my partner (full work rights). I've also lived in France for a while so I'd be happy teaching a foreig language and I’m also happy to help with homework :)
Initially, I'm the eldest of 4 siblings which the youngest is 9 years old now, so I have a lot of experience with children in all different ages. I believe being an older sister is the strongest experience I ever had with kids. Besides that I've also babysat a 2 year old boy and a 7 years old girl overseas and done a lot of volunteer work with kids while growing up in my home city. In Australia, babysitter/nanny was my first and only working experience and I'm enjoying it very much. I'm currently working part time with 4 different families in Brisbane with kids on ages: 9 and 16 months and 4. 6, 10 and 12 years old. And I also have a few families that I work on a casual basis. I'm happy to provide references and my working with children check (Blue Card). Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll happy to have a first meeting with you and the kids. Cheers!
