How does the job process work?

  • Parents create a job and “post” it to one or many local helpers inviting them to apply. Helpers receive a message with a link to the job details, including time of the job, estimated duration, how much the parent is offering to pay, etc. After reviewing the job details, the helper(s) choose to apply for the job, or reject it. Parents receive helpers’ applications on their mobile phone and choose who to award the job to.
  • Parents on Juggle Street are required to follow the relevant State legislation relating to the employment of babysitters, nannies, au pairs and home tutors.
